Weighstation

Specifically designed to eliminate the dust problem of weighing and filling flour and other ingredients to open top mixing bowls.  Liquids are added via flow meters including Water, Fat,Yeast, Vinegar eliminating open top liquids weighing vessels.  This unit is available as a ring main or stop end blowline or vacuum receiver.

Mini Weighstation

Similar to the main weighstation in that it is designed for open mixing bowls.  However, this is a loss in weight system mainly used for delivery of flour to mixers and mixing bowls.

Heat Sinc

This unit was specifically designed to reduce the heat developed by Rootes Blowers or Screw Compressor Blowers. Manufactured predominately from aluminium it has no moving parts.  Ironically, the more heat generated by the blower, the better this unit works.

Silo and Bin Optimisation

Unique pipe and discharge spreaders to give optimum filling performance for unusual shaped silos and bins.

Combination discharge methods using air fluidisation and vibration techniques.

Software Safeguards

My control FDS has incorporated safeguards, failsafes by utilising additional control points and software common sense to prevent events such as

Over filling, Plant run on, Explosion relief, Under filling, No Flow Warnings, Lost production time, Increased delivery accuracies.

Many of these features can be traced back to my time with SGMI and have now become virtual industry standards adopted by most handling companies.
